We offer you, our consignor, a satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with any transaction for any reason, we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Trust and ethical business dealings are essential to our business model.

  What Sells Best

Items are best in new condition, working order and in original packaging.  Receipts, optional accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are always a bonus and help yield higher final prices.  Guidelines for finding products to sell on eBay:  

• Find Used Items that were bought for $500 or more
• Find New items that were bought for $200 or more
• The smaller and lighter an item is, the more marketable it is on Ebay.  For this reason electronics sell well while used furniture tends not to sell on Ebay.
• Sometimes older is better! Vintage and collectible items are in high demand.

   Our Commission

·        We structure our compensation as a percentage of the sale price. This provides us with an appropriate incentive to get the most for your product. Our commission for a successful auction is 30% of the final sales price up to $500, 20% on the amount above $500, and 15% on the amount over $2,500, and 10% on the amount over $5,000. We pay all the Ebay and Paypal fees on the behalf of you the consignor. The buyer pays for shipping fees. Our minimum commission is $20 per item, so most of our consignors find our services most beneficial for items that sell for $100 or more. We perform an ebay appraisal at the cost of $5 for every item to ensure that you will be satisfied with the likely results before we put the item up for auction. We do not charge any commission for unsuccessful listings.

·        We generally relist items until they sell. If you prefer to set a starting or reserve price, there is a minimum $20 commission for items with reserves. This is the only time where we charge a commission for an item that does not sell. 

·        On occasion we encounter items that prove difficult to sell.  In these instances we will offer you three options:  We can attempt to sell the item with a low starting price, lot the item together with other items to get a higher combined sale price, pickup the item at no charge, or donate the items to charity.

·        We have flexible commission rates when appropriate. We offer a $500 fixed rate commission for vehicle listings. We are happy to work with charities on a pro bono basis. Contact us for more details.

  Your Income

Your earnings along with a detailed inventory of your sales will be delivered to you monthly. The calculator below can be used to calculate your earnings and the fees associated with a sale.

• Cleaning, Testing, and Repair services - if you have items that have a good deal of value only if they are given some extra time and TLC we offer cleaning, testing, and repair services on a parts & labor basis.
