We offer you, our consignor, a satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with any transaction for any reason, we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  Trust and ethical business dealings are essential to our business model.

What Sells Best

Items are best in new condition, working order and in original packaging.  Receipts, optional accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are always a bonus and help yield higher final prices.  Guidelines for finding products to sell on eBay:  

• Find Used Items that were bought for $50 or more
• Find New items that were bought for $25 or more
• The smaller and lighter an item is, the more marketable it is on Ebay.  For this reason electronics sell well while furniture tends not to sell on Ebay.
• Sometimes older is better! Vintage and collectible items are in high demand.

We do not engage in the sale of human beings, stolen merchandise, illegal drugs, or medications of any kind and reserve the right to refuse the sale of any questionable item.

Our Commission

We structure our compensation as a commission of the profit.  This provides us with an appropriate incentive to get the most for your product while minimizing fees.  Our commission for successful auctions is 30% of the final sales price up to $500 and 20% on the amount above $500.  We pay all the Ebay and Paypal fees on the behalf of you the consignor.  The buyer pays for shipping fees.  Most of our consignors find our services most beneficial for items that sell for $20 or more.  We do not charge any commission for unsuccessful listings.

We generally relist items until they sell.  If you prefer to set a starting or reserve price, there is a minimum ten dollar commission for items with reserves.  This is the only time where we charge a commission for an item that does not sell. 

On occasion we encounter items that prove difficult to sell.  In these instances we will offer you three options:  We can attempt to sell the item with a low starting price, lot the item together with other items to get a higher combined sale price, pickup the item at no charge, or donate the items to charity.

We have flexible commission rates for high value items over $5,000.  We offer fixed rate commission for vehicle listings.  Contact us for more details.

Your Income

Your earnings along with a detailed inventory of your sales will be delivered to you monthly via USPS First Class Mail or Paypal.

• Cleaning, Testing, and Repair services – if you have items that have a good deal of value only if they are given some extra time and TLC we offer cleaning, testing, and repair services on a parts & labor basis.
