TESTING & FUNCTIONAL NOTES:
This
item successfully powers on. The unit powers on and the LCD
display is clear and bright. The buttons respond well when utilized.
During testing, we were able to get the mechanical arm to move to each
bay and drop down and then come back up. The filter system powers on,
the fan runs, and it appears to be sucking air when we connected the
hose to the HMS unit. There are rust on top of the filter unit. The
plexiglass cover on the HMS/DS-50 has some residue.. We have no
reason to believe this item is not working however its functioning
status is unknown; we are unable to test the item due to our lack of
knowledge and lack of proper equipment for testing. Please feel free to

auction is for a used item in fair cosmetic condition with scuffs and
scratches. See photos for detail. We were unable to fully test this
item, please read above for details. There are rust on top of the filter
unit. The plexiglass cover on the HMS/DS-50 has some residue. The

STORE & PAYMENT POLICIES:
• Paypal payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. California residents pay 8.75 % Sales Tax.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• By
bidding, the buyer accepts ALL terms and policies listed in this
auction. If buyer disagrees with any of the terms stated herein they
will not bid.
• OCDepot is not the owner or seller of these goods,
but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller. OCDepot is
responsible for holding all goods until the sale is completed and the
purchase has been shipped.
• Buyers who fail to pay within 7 days of
auction close may be assessed a late payment fee. After 7 days have
elapsed OCDepot may choose to assess a restocking fee AND re-offer the
item for sale.
• Canceled transactions will be subject to a restocking fee which is equal to 30% of the purchase price of the item.

Minor errors or omissions do not invalidate the stated purchase terms.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
• Our automated and streamlined shipping
practices provide for a fast and risk-free transaction where most items
ship within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payment!
• The buyer pays
one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery
confirmation, signature confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be
extra for some items.
• Buyers can not arrange their own shipping. Local pickups are available for a $10 handling fee.
•
Items of 1 pound or less typically ship by USPS Priority mail, while
heavier items typically ship by UPS Ground. We reserve the right to
select the shipping carrier and because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes
the buyer must provide a physical shipping address.
• To help
protect our valued buyers, signature confirmation is required on all UPS
packages. If you are unable to sign for your package or miss your
delivery, please contact us.
• Our system automatically uses the shipping address indicated by Ebay/PayPal and ignores the Notes section.

We use experience-proven shipping materials and packaging techniques.
Products may be disassembled prior to shipping as appropriate to ensure
their safety and minimize shipping costs.
• Problems are rare
however if an item is damaged on arrival, buyer agrees to notify us
within 3 days with a contact phone number, and make the item and the
original packaging available for inspection for another 10 days.

will notify our shipping carrier who will then have an opportunity to
assess the nature of the damage. After our shipping carrier has made
their determination we will then effect a timely resolution.
• In
the rare event that actual shipping charges are more than the amount
quoted in the auction, buyer will be presented with the option of
canceling the purchase or paying the actual shipping cost (Packaging and
handling fees are waived).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

• Canadian buyers may

recommend UPS, but will ship by whatever method is communicated to us
